Ethical Leadership in Business 2020

Young Leaders ELB SDG4

In September 2019, the UN Secretary General, António Guterres, warned that much more needs to be done to achieve the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by 2030. ‘We must step up our efforts. Now,’ he said.

This is particularly true of SDG 4 on quality education and life-long learning. Gearing it up will have an overall positive impact on all the other SDGs and trigger important changes.

IofC Switzerland aims to contribute to achieving SDG 4 via its Young Leaders – Learning for Change programme.

The programme will support young innovators in the field of education and learning around the world. It will come under the umbrella of IofC Switzerland’s Ethical Leadership in Business programme and include online training and participation in the Caux Forum. IofC will co-create a resourceful network with the participants and offer tailored leadership training to bring their projects to the next level, for example to prepare for kick-off or to scale up or deepen their impact.
