Renew and Restore: A Women's Peace Circle Journey for Inner Development and Leadership
Join us for a transformative weekend retreat at the historic Caux Palace in Caux, Switzerland—the birthplace of the Creators of Peace initiative and a home for global dialogue, reflection, and reconciliation. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and the serene atmosphere of the Caux Palace, this gathering offers a unique opportunity to pause, connect, and grow.
About the Peace Circle Weekend
Held in the inspiring environment of the Caux Palace, this weekend retreat guides participants through an immersive journey of reflection, connection, and leadership development. Through guided conversations, storytelling, and experiential learning, we explore how inner transformation supports outer change—in our families, workplaces, and communities.
Women who participate in Peace Circles develop:
- Leadership capacities: emotional intelligence, resilience, strategic thinking, collaborative problem-solving, ethical decision-making, and the ability to inspire, facilitate, and create inclusive environments.
- Core peacebuilding skills: active listening, empathy, emotional awareness, conflict resolution, mindfulness, and cross-cultural understanding.
Whether you are stepping into leadership for the first time or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this gathering offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your strengths, purpose, and inner clarity.
- Check in will be from 15:00 on 27 March 2026 with the event starting with a dinner at 18:00.
- We will wrap up on 29 March 2026 around 16:30.
Who Is This For?
This retreat welcomes women from all backgrounds—community leaders, professionals, students, activists, caregivers, creatives, and anyone committed to personal growth and peaceful leadership. No prior experience is needed.
Those wishing to continue their journey after the weekend will also receive further information about courses and training from Peace Circle.

About Creators of Peace
Creators of Peace International is a global women’s movement active in 43 countries, working to build trust, strengthen communities, and support personal transformation. As part of Initiatives of Change (IofC), this network brings women together as equals in safe, supportive spaces where every voice is valued and respected.
Founded in 1991 by Tanzanian leader Anna Abdallah Msekwa, Creators of Peace was built on the belief that peace begins within. Her challenge—“create peace wherever we are… Could that someone [the stumbling block] be myself?”—continues to shape the heart of the Peace Circle approach today.
