The Hummingbird Collective Podcast
Lifting the Illusion of Insignificance
The world can feel like a forest on fire. When faced with global crises, it is easy to feel small, frozen, or overwhelmed. But as an ancient legend tells us, the tiny hummingbird doesn't fly away; she carries her single drop of water to the flames, doing the best she can.
The Hummingbird Collective is a new podcast series dedicated to nurturing agency and belonging in a complex world.

The Pilot Series: Everyday Hummingbirds
In this pilot series, we move beyond the headlines to meet "Everyday Hummingbirds" - people who have faced the fire and found the courage to keep doing.
Using the power of intercultural dialogue and storytelling, we explore:
- How to find hope when things feel hopeless.
- What it takes to rebuild a sense of belonging when everything has changed.
- How to turn "us vs. them" into just "us."
Be the Change
Empathy is a practice, not just a feeling. Each episode is paired with a practical "Be the Change" exercise—a simple drop of water you can contribute to your own community today.
Get ready to listen, to feel, and to be inspired. Because change doesn’t start with each of us.
