Currently Senior Director, Education&Talent at digitalswitzerland, Danièle Castle began her career in B2B public relations at Burson-Marsteller International in Geneva. After working at Elizabeth Arden and Ares Serono International where she headed the Corporate Public Relations department worldwide, she created her own agency, Genevensis Healthcare Communications, in 1999, specializing in marketing/communication in the health and life sciences fields. In 2013 she became Executive Director of Graduate Women International, an international non-governmental organization focused on girls' and women's education, present in 80 countries. At the same time she acquired a Master's degree in Marketing Communication from the Rome Business School. She also set up the first Kickstart Accelerator EdTech in Switzerland, operated by VentureLab in partnership with EPFL. Danièle Castle teaches in various institutions, including GSEM University of Geneva. She is an FSEA adult trainer and also a business angel. She is an avid reader and enthusiastic hiker.
