We are pleased to invite you to a six-days residential programme at the Villa Maria (Caux, Switzerland), led by trauma expert Axel Dubinski (Germany), designed to explore the profound impact of inner transformation on societal renewal.

This immersive experience will offer participants practical tools to cultivate inner peace, foster harmony in relationships, and develop a renewed connection with the natural world.

What we observe in Europe today is growing disintegration, isolation, and radicalization. To reverse this trend, we must begin within. Inner peace is the foundation for meaningful collaboration and sustainable innovation.

AXEL DUBINSKI, Co-Founder and Managing Director of TraumaHelden® gGmbH

Alex Dubinski works as a coach, therapist and teacher for biographical, transgenerational, systemic and collective trauma. In his work with individuals, couples, groups and communities, he repeatedly succeeds in transforming blockages and handicaps into resources and new opportunities with empathy, humor, experience and authenticity, despite difficult issues.
