We were thrilled to host 4 inspiring events last July at the stunning Caux Palace in Switzerland. This annual gathering brought together individuals, organisations, and communities from across the globe to tackle some of today’s most pressing challenges.

The Caux Forum 2025 focused on the Inner Development Goals and explored ways to revitalise democracy in Europe and worldwide.

The Forum offered participants a space built on trust, care, solidarity, and respect, encouraging reflection, exploration, and connection — helping each of us embrace our responsibilities as changemakers.

With speakers and participants from all walks of life, the Forum provided a platform to address the burning issues of our time and collaborate on innovative, creative, and sustainable solutions.

Reimagining Demoracy(ies) - A Caux Democracy Forum programme for young leaders
This programme, organised by Creative Leadership, runs alongside the Caux Democracy Forum where 28 young changemakers (ages 18-35) come together to rethink democracy(ies), reimagine power, explore pressing global challenges and collectively attempt to rewrite the narratives that shape our societies through reflective spaces of learning/unlearning, storytelling, dialogue and art.

Opening Ceremony - Caux Democracy Forum: Revitalizing Democracy - One Humanity
On 8 July 2025 (14:30 CEST) join over 300 changemakers from across the globe (in-person or on livestream) for the Opening Ceremony of the second edition of the Caux Democracy Forum to explore the values that shape and sustain democracy. As democracy faces unprecedented global challenges, this gathering offers a vital space to reflect, connect, and act with shared purpose.
