Atelier de photographie : L'art de voir - Avec Yousef Khanfar

L'Art de voir est un atelier de photographie organisé et animé par le photographe Yousef Khanfar dans le cadre des célébrations du 75e anniversaire du Centre de conférences et de séminaires de Caux. Que vous soyez photographe amateur ou professionnel, équipé-e d’un appareil analogue ou numérique, adepte de la couleur ou du noir et blanc, cet atelier est conçu pour développer le « voir autrement ».

L'atelier se concentre sur l'observation attentive de la lumière et des ombres, des contrastes, des motifs, des flux, le respect des temps de pose et de la technique afin de transformer les éléments d’une scène en une composition réussie, avec l’objectif pour seule limite.

Le but est de partager les aspects créatifs de la photographie, y compris la façon de créer des images et des messages puissants capables de faire naître une connexion émotionnelle, une profondeur intellectuelle et qui ne laissent pas indifférent.

Yousef Khanfar

Yousef Khanfar est un photographe et auteur palestino-américain de renom. Il figure parmi les 35 photographes les plus connus au monde et a reçu de nombreux prix. Il est l’auteur de trois livres et ses œuvres photographiques ont été publiées, exposées et collectionnées à travers le monde.  Son travail a été récompensé par la Maison Blanche, la Cour suprême des États-Unis, la Chambre des Lords du Royaume-Uni et bien d'autres. Le Centre Fulbright pour la paix à Washington  DC a sélectionné son livre In Search of Peace pour célébrer le Global Symposium of Peaceful Nations. Il a également été sélectionné comme artiste de l'année pour promouvoir l'alphabétisation avec l'UNICEF. La mission de la Palestine auprès des Nations unies a honoré Yousef Khanfar pour son «  engagement  extraordinaire pour la promotion de la paix et de la justice en Palestine à travers l'art ».
