He is a trained chef and hotel school graduate and has extensive experience in the restaurant business, from five-star restaurants to large-scale company restaurants. An epicurean at heart with a passion for good food, he is committed to providing a unique and quality experience for his guests to make them feel at home. A native of the Lake Geneva Riviera, he will be able to give valuable advice on what to do in our beautiful region.
