Marie Gillet

Marie Gillet joins the Alps from Belgium. Marie fell in love with the Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation and arranged to join us for 3 months, offering her working time during a break with her employer.  Marie will be responsible for managing a three-month project to develop processes for recruiting, training, motivating and supervising volunteers within Caux Initiatives of Change, as well as activating the action plan. This work is carried out in collaboration with the department/activity managers. 

Marie has been a manager at Monitor Deloitte for almost 6 years.  She joined Deloitte Consulting Belgium's strategy department in 2011 and has worked on a wide range of strategic engagements and business transformation projects. She has proven experience in price and profitability management, business transformation and project management. Marie holds a Master's degree in International Management, a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
