Imen Badarjah is an artist, actress, and cross-cultural facilitator from Tunisia, with a strong background in customer service. Passionate about self-expression and the power of storytelling, she uses her creative voice to foster empathy and meaningful human connections. Through her work, Imen facilitates conversations that bridge cultures and promote mutual understanding across diverse backgrounds.
DAYA BAGHWANDAS (Malaysia/Australia), Social Entrepreneur, Founding Director of Neuro Network & Board Member IofC Australia
Daya Baghwandas is a passionate social entrepreneur, working in the field of neuro sciences. Her approach focuses on transformation linking brain development, human evolution and achieving human potential. This includes changes in the physical, intellectual and emotional development of individuals by addressing the underlying issues hindering learning and life long skills in the classrooms, playing field, home, work place and society.
As the Director of Movement for Learning in Melbourne she worked with at risk children in the school system. Later she served as the Assistant Director of Toddler Kindy Gymbaroo, the largest international early childhood program focused on parent education with head office in Melbourne.
She is the Founding Director of Neuro Network, offering services to parents and educators. Her program has been rolled out in schools, kindergartens and rehabilitation centres. She has worked with child soldiers in Sri Lanka, at risk youths in Malaysia and educators in preschools and primary schools in Australia, Asia and Africa. Daya gained her Post Grad qualifications in USA and has worked globally, in the US, Europe, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and India. Daya started her professional life as a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist; and is also an internationally certified Yoga Master.
Daya is currently a Board Member of IofC Australia. She has attended Caux Forum programs for over 15 years, as part of coordinating teams and leading workshops.
GABRIELA BEDINELLI (Brazil), Global Explorer, Reseracher & Creator of the Collective Meaning Concept
Gabriela Bedinelli is a global explorer, researcher, and the creator of the Collective Meaning concept. With over a decade of experience across 25 countries, she is dedicated to fostering human connection and driving both individual and collective growth.
Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Gabriela holds a double degree from UNICAMP and has completed executive education at Harvard and Stanford. Her postgraduate studies in Positive Psychology at PUCRS led to the development of Collective Meaning—a framework exploring how shared purpose and connection can transform groups and organizations. Her thesis on the topic received top academic distinction.
Professionally, Gabriela has led People, Culture, and ESG initiatives at global organizations including Bosch (Brazil and Germany), AB InBev, and the edtech unicorn Arco Educação. In 2022, she transitioned into academia and research, aligning her career with her deeper mission.
Now a university lecturer and business school educator, Gabriela shares her work worldwide. Since 2023, she and her husband have been living globally, expanding the reach of Collective Meaning and connecting with communities across cultures. Her mission: to help people flourish—together.
ZORA BERWEGER (Switzerland), Multidisciplinary Artist & Transformational Facilitator
Zora Berweger is a Swiss-born multidisciplinary artist and transformational facilitator based in Leipzig, Germany. Her work unfolds at the intersection of artistic expression, subtle energy exploration, and multidimensional co-creation. JESSICA BOCKLER (Germany/UK), Applied Artist, Transpersonal Psychologist & Co-Founding Director of the Alef Trust
Jessica Bockler, PhD is an applied artist, transpersonal psychologist and co-founding director of the Alef Trust, a global leader in transformative education. She is also the founder of Creative Alternatives, an award-winning arts & mental health service in the UK. Jessica’s work bridges consciousness, imagination, transpersonal psychology, and social change, with particular emphasis on integrative human development and holistic systems change. She leads Nurturing the Fields of Change, a global community of facilitators working on projects for human transformation and planetary thriving. Additionally, she serves as the research lead for Calmer Farmer, a pilot initiative supporting UK farmers in wellbeing and food systems transformation. Jessica is active in the communities of the Inner Development Goals, the Presencing Institute, and UN’s Conscious Food Systems Alliance. After 20 years in the corporate world (ex-Deloitte, ex-Novartis) as an Intrapreneur, Synergist and Senior Executive working at the intersection of technology x culture x transformation x social impact x regenerative futures, Nina Bressler stepped into the role of Entrepreneur, Advisor and Catalytic Leader.
Nina has founded Reimagined Value, a collective of organizations working to usher in inclusive, equitable and compassionate systems to navigate through and emerge from the 'Big Shift' that is transforming our global economy and society, and also founded Inner Landscape, a relational space for exploring personal development and purpose.
GIB BULLOCH (UK/Switzerland), Founder at Craigberoch Business Decelerator
Gib Bulloch is an award winning social intrapreneur who consults, writes and speaks on a range of topics relating to the role of business in society. His first book: “The Intrapreneur: Confessions of a Corporate Insurgent” (2018) is a personal story of his 15 year journey to create and scale Accenture’s global "not-for-loss" consulting business, Accenture Development Partnerships. This innovative venture attracted significant media attention, won Accenture international awards for Corporate Social Responsibility and Gib himself was voted the UK’s Management Consultant of the year in 2008.
Gib’s career 'epiphany' came from a year as a business volunteer with the charity Voluntary Service Overseas in the Balkans in 2000. Since then, he has believed passionately in the power of business to change the world and in the power of the individual to change the world of business. Gib continues to explore new ways of supporting purpose driven insurgencies within the corporate world. He is now focussed on creating Scotland’s first Business Decelerator on the Isle of Bute, to "create a space where people and their ideas can flourish".
Gib has a degree in engineering and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and spent his early career in BP and Mars. He is a Visiting Fellow on Intrapreneurship at Cranfield University and serves on the Board of The League of Intrapreneurs.
NATALIA CANDEBAT-STEPANOVA (Switzerland), Certified Coach & Sophrologist
Natalia Candebat-Stepanova is a qualified Coach & Sophrologist, Certified Neuroscience for Business, Multimedia Artist. Natalia combines expertise in corporate well-being with a rich background in Arts, Neuroscience and Sophrology, guiding individuals to unlock potential through mindfulness and creativity.
Natalia also serves as a consultant for the United Nations and brings her 13+ years of experience in private and public international sectors into her coaching programmes.
NADENE CANNING (Canada/Switzerland), Coach and Facilitator
After 20 years managing large projects in industry, sustainable development, and technology in 45 countries, Nadene Canning created a boutique consulting agency. Today her strategic foresight and laser focus supports leaders to navigate strategic imperatives that accelerate possibility and impact. In 2012 the book she wrote La force le l’Équilibre - Vie familiale, vie professionnelle which led to a decade of teaching and consulting on leadership, management, systems thinking, change and negotiation. In 2019 Nadene was one of 400 facilitators selected from 10’000 applicants to train with Dr Brené Brown and believes that the four skills sets of building courage in the Dare to Lead™ program is at the cutting edge of leadership thinking. Nadene is part of the IDG Global Coordination Team and a member of the core team of the IDG Lemanic Network. For the past 2 years Nadene has had the privilege to design and co-host monthly IDG Global Practitioner Network sessions, bringing together many of the 700 practitioners to learn, share their challenges, be inspired, and make sustainable impact.
LEWIS CARDINAL (Canada), Communicator, Educator & Storyholder, Leader of the Global Indigenous Dialogue
Lewis Cardinal comes from the Woodland Cree people in northern Alberta, Canada. His long track record of public service includes founding Board Member of Alberta Aboriginal Arts, Co-Chair of the Aboriginal Commission for Human Rights and Justice, and Trustee of the Parliament of World Religions. He has received QE II’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for Public Service, the IndSpire Award for Public Service, the Province of Alberta’s Centennial Medal for his work in Human Rights and Diversity, the Distinguished Alumni Award from Grant MacEwan University, and an Honorary Degree of “Doctor of Sacred Letters” from the University of Alberta.
EVA CERROLAZA (Spain), Trainer, Coach & Communicator
Eva Cerrolaza is a seasoned trainer, coach, and communicator, specializing in neuroscience applied to coaching. As the Director of Prestigio Formación Ejecutiva in Madrid and Professor at Westfield Business School, she is known for her ability to mobilize transformative learning and support individual and organizational growth.
With deep expertise in coaching, mentoring, and human development, Eva leads innovative programs that bridge science and personal transformation. She is the creator of the H.Being development approach, designed to unlock human potential through awareness, purpose, and leadership.
LARRY CESSPOOCH (USA), Storyteller & Spiritual Leader
Larry Cesspooch is a Ute storyteller and filmmaker who blends film, music, puppetry, and lectures to share Native stories and traditions. His name, meaning "white belly" in Ute, honors his great-grandfather. Larry, whose Indian name is "Eyee-Pooch" ("Young Man"), grew up on the Uintah & Ouray Ute Reservation in Utah.
A U.S. Navy veteran, he earned degrees from the Institute of American Indian Arts and the Anthropology Film Center in Santa Fe. In 1979, he founded Ute Tribe Audio-Visual, producing over 600 cultural films and serving as editor of the Ute Bulletin and the tribe’s public relations officer. In 2002, he launched Through Native Eyes Productions to create independent documentaries.
As a Ute spiritual leader, Larry conducts sweat lodge ceremonies and spiritual blessings. He shares creation stories with puppets and artifacts, and his music blends traditional and modern sounds to explore themes of nature, spirit, and Native identity.
UNCLE SHANE CHARLES (Australia), Aboriginal Elder, Cultural Leader, Artist, and Changemaker
Uncle Shane Charles is a proud Yorta Yorta, Wurundjeri, Wemba Wemba, and Boon Wurrung Elder from Australia, deeply respected for his leadership across a wide range of sectors including education and training, justice, the arts, and cultural heritage. With decades of experience working within both Aboriginal and mainstream organisations, he is recognised for his ability to bridge worlds and foster meaningful change.
An internationally acclaimed artist, facilitator, and performer, Uncle Shane is a key figure in the Global First Nations Dialogue and a passionate advocate for making global change across cultural divides. He currently serves as Director and Advisor to the Institute of Indigenous Knowledge and Research at the University of Melbourne.
In 2025, Uncle Shane was inducted into the Victorian Parliament’s Aboriginal Honour Roll, acknowledging his lifelong commitment to reconciliation, cultural empowerment, and building strong relationships across multicultural communities—both in Australia and around the world.
JACQUELINE COTÉ (Canada/Switzerland), President Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation
Jacqueline Coté is the President of the Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation. She was the Director of Public Relations and previously Head of Communications at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva from 2009 to 2021. In that role she was instrumental in building the new campus of the Institute, the Maison de la Paix, as a vibrant centre of conferences and seminars, thus solidifying the reputation and outreach of the Institute in International Geneva and beyond. Prior to that Ms Coté was the Permanent Representative to the UN of the International Chamber of Commerce and also served as Senior Advisor Advocacy & Partnerships to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. In the early part of her career, Ms Coté practiced as an international lawyer in Canada and Switzerland and held management positions with multinational companies SGS and DuPont. Ms Coté believes that the global agenda can best be tackled by linking the public, private and non-profit sectors, and that dialogue and empathy are essential tools to achieve the sustainable development goals. She recently trained as a mediator at Harvard Law School and joined the board of several associations to continue her engagement with International Geneva. Ms Coté has Swiss, Canadian and British nationalities, is a member of the Bar of Quebec and has two grown-up children who share her passion about tackling today’s global challenges in their areas of work.
SWAN DAO (France/Vietnam), Psychotherapist, Experience Designer, Founder of the Institute of Devotional Arts
Dr. Swan Dao is a psychotherapist, experience designer and the founder of the Institute of Devotional Arts, an organization that creates transformative learning experiences through the expressive arts. Swan has studied and taught philosophy, theology, psychology, and theatre in Oxford, Melbourne, Paris, and Chicago, and earned a PhD from the University of Cambridge, focusing on self-transformation and system change.
A certified coach, psychotherapist, educator, and experience designer, Swan has facilitated workshops and spoken at leading conferences in over 17 countries. Blending social science, embodiment, and the arts, their work revives the original spirit of psychotherapy: tending to the soul with depth, creativity, and care.
They currently reside at Emerge Lakefront, an intentional community for culture and change makers in Stockholm.
SENIZ DOGAN (Turkey), Mayor of Merkezefendi, Denizli
Şeniz Doğan is the Mayor of Merkezefendi, Denizli, and a leading voice in progressive local governance in Turkey. A lawyer by training, she brings together legal expertise, social commitment, and a vision for inclusive, participatory leadership. Elected mayor in 2019 and re-elected in 2024, she has championed sustainability, gender equality, and citizen engagement at the heart of municipal services. Şeniz is also actively involved in international and regional cooperation as First Vice President of the Mediterranean Municipalities Association and continues to advocate for human rights, especially for women and children. Her leadership bridges law, public service, and global goals—offering a powerful model for transformative change from the local level up.
PROF DR BÉNÉDICTE GENDRON (France), University of Montpellier 3, France
Prof. Dr. Dr. Bénédicte Gendron, former Vice-President of University Montpellier 3-UM3 France, PhD’s in Economics of Education and Human Resources at Paris School of Economics, PhD’s in Neuropsychology-UM3 & a Post-doc. at UC. Berkeley, USA, received several awards for her innovative concepts of emotional capital, capacitating leadership and bienvivance derived from her economics, education and neuro-psychology backgrounds. She is a mindfulness, ACT and emotional quotient inventory instructor and her research on human development and sustainability is focused on transformative learning, capacitating leadership, inclusive excellence and quality of life through an inner development for outer changes’ approach. An external expert for OECD and the European Commission, she is a member of the World Global Alliance on social and emotional learning and ofthe Goleman’s Center of Research on emotional intelligence in organisations.
VICTORIA HANDS, Director of Sustainability, The Open University
Dr Victoria Hands empowers individuals and organisations to discover and adopt regenerative practices through collaborative strategy development and delivery, training, innovation and research. As Director of Sustainability at The Open University, Victoria coordinates a pan-institution matrix team to deliver sustainability, upskilling over 700 staff and students to become ‘carbon literacy’ certified. Victoria authored a 100-hour microcredential ‘Climate Change: Transforming your Organisation for Sustainability’ drawing on her research of the five ways of working for sustainability (long-term thinking, prevention, involvement, collaboration and integration). Victoria holds a PhD on implementing sustainability from the London School of Economics & Political Science, where she also initiated the LSE sustainability team.
ERNO HANNINK (Netherlands), Business Coach, Speaker & Podcast Hoast
Erno Hannink is the independent accountability partner for entrepreneurs with 10 – 30 employees in a business-to-business environment. He supports entrepreneurs and their leadership teams in transitioning from solving everyday issues to making impactful decisions that truly matter for their business, while also supporting social and ecological equity. Stoicism is his operating system, and he is a climate actionist. Erno is an IDG ambassador, founder of the IDG HUB Achterhoek, co-organizer of the first Dutch IDG event, and team member of the monthly IDG Global Practitioners Meetings. Erno has weekly interviews for the Decide for Impact podcast and the Entrepreneurs book podcast. He is a husband, father, runner, and referee in amateur soccer.
CLAIRE HAYOZ ETTER (Switzerland), Public Health Nurse & Adult Educator
Claire Hayoz Etter is a public health nurse and adult educator, specialized in health promotion and education for sustainable development. At 63, after more than 30 years of enriching and diverse professional experience in healthcare, prevention, and school-based education for sustainable development (in Fribourg and across French-speaking Switzerland), she has embraced an independent path guided by meaning and inner depth. Recently trained in Life Stories and Biographical Coaching, Claire enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, building bridges across cultures and generations, and creating spaces to explore new perspectives.
Her current focus lies in exploring the deep interconnection between human health and the well-being of all living beings on Earth—a personal and collective journey of reflection, inquiry, and engagement.
GENEVIEVE HODGE (Australia), Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist For Emerging & Newly Promoted Leaders
Genevieve Hodge is a leadership coach with a global career in leadership development, coaching, and social change. She specializes in supporting high-potential and newly appointed leaders as they navigate their first years of leadership—without burning out. PONTUS HOLMGREN (Sweden), Psychologist, Facilitator and Global Coordinator of the IDG Hubs and Networks
Pontus Holmgren is a licensed psychologist and a trained UrbanTantra breath guide. He is an organsiational transformation facilitator and an actor, conductor and teacher in improvised Playback theatre. Pontus has worked with leadership, teams, cross collaboration and transformational processes in a multitude of organisations and communities globally since the mid 1990s. Currently focusing on the need for inner development for individuals and for the collective in order deal with the current and future complex challenges of humanity. Pontus has been part of the IDG journey from the start and is a co-coordinator for the global community of Hubs and networks of the Inner Development Goals.
CAROLINE HUNT-MATTHES (UK), Human Rights Lawyer, Investigations & Safeguarding Practitioner
Caroline Hunt-Matthes is a Human Rights lawyer, adjunct professor, and internationally recognized investigations and safeguarding practitioner specializing in sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in humanitarian settings. With a career spanning over four decades, her safeguarding and investigative missions have taken her to more than 40 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, working on behalf of international NGOs and faith-based organizations. A former civilian peacekeeper and United Nations staff member, Caroline was part of the pioneering UN human rights field mission to Rwanda in 1994. Her lifelong focus has been on supporting victims of human rights violations, with an emphasis on safe and effective reporting mechanisms for survivors—work that has shaped international best practices. Her contributions, recognized at forums such as the Global Safeguarding Summit (London, 2018), have informed national and institutional safeguarding frameworks globally. Caroline is also a passionate advocate for whistleblower protection, emphasizing the role of whistleblowers as human rights defenders. Her most recent publication calls for robust accountability mechanisms and the end of impunity for those who expose abuse and injustice. Beyond social justice, she is deeply committed to environmental protection. She is a founding member, trustee, and advisor to Nature’s Rights Organizations, and a co-author of The Hague Principles, which articulate the ethical responsibilities of humanity in earth stewardship.
CYNTHIA ILLI (Switzerland), Sustainability Coach, Climate Reality Leader & Facilitator, TransformAction Lab - EPER
Cynthia Illi is a Sustainability Coach, Climate Reality Leader, and Facilitator at TransformAction Lab – EPER. With a background in environmental sciences and geography, she works closely with youth and organizations to foster meaningful, multi-stakeholder exchanges that drive systemic change.
As a skilled communicator and project developer, Cynthia creates the conditions for dialogue, learning, and action—helping individuals and groups amplify their unique contributions to climate resilience and sustainability.
RUKMINI IYER (India), Leadership Development & Organisational Transformation Consultant
Rukmini Iyer is a leadership development and organisational transformation consultant with over two decades of experience working globally. Her work lies at the intersection of conscious leadership, peacebuilding, and systems transformation, integrating ecocentric and decolonial approaches. She is the founder of Exult! Solutions, a consulting practice dedicated to meaningful, values-driven change.

Of Tibetan-Scottish origin and raised across cultures in the UK, US, and Europe, Peter brings a grounded, cross-cultural lens to transformation. After two decades in HR and Project Management leadership at Givaudan and DuPont, he founded ClarityNext to support people and organizations in navigating transitions, not just with strategy but with soul and collaboration.

Valentina Kurkdjian is an Innovation Trainee at MJV Technology & Innovation, where she contributes to global strategic projects for clients including The Coca-Cola Company. Her work centers on exploring the intersections of technology, data, and human behavior, translating insights into workshop designs that foster critical thinking and digital citizenship. With a multidisciplinary background in innovation, education, and internet governance, Valentina has collaborated with institutions such as CESAR School, the Museum for the United Nations, and Lab Vis, bringing a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges.
MATTHEW LAW (USA), Global Operations Director
Matthew Law is an accomplished Global Operations Director with extensive international experience in several industries. Matthew has built and run communities of years of practice, international academies for front line managers, leadership workshops for multi-functional and diverse teams and innovation labs for in house hardware and software development.
Matthew is involved in conscious business leadership. He is a member of the IDG research group and the Inner MBA programme where he recently has been running IDG workshops.
LOUISE LE GAT (Switzerland), Founder of The Purpose-led Institute
Louise Le Gat is the Founder of The Purpose-Led Institute. She guides purpose-led leaders to become conscious architects of the future - evolving their leadership to meet a world in transition, shaping new ways forward where there are no maps. She helps leaders move beyond outdated playbooks, bringing deep personal alignment, the courage to lead in their unique way, and the capacity to create what doesn’t exist yet. Fredrik Lindencrona is a licensed psychologist, researcher, and advisor with over 20 years of experience leading change across local, national, and global levels. He is a co-founder of the Inner Development Goals and leads its global research and innovation ecosystem.
With roles for WHO, OECD, Forte, and Swedish regions, he bridges strategic policymaking and practical impact. He has served on international boards and is deeply engaged in cross-sector collaboration for societal transformation. MARVIN MANÈVE (Mauritius), Interdisciplinary Thinker, Facilitator & Coach
Marvin Manève is an interdisciplinary thinker with over 25 years of experience as a facilitator and coach in self-leadership. His approach blends philosophical depth with practical strategy, anchored in a rigorous exploration of human inner mechanics—a journey he has pursued intensively through research and modelling over the past 16 years.

Alongside this role, she is a Professor of English at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences in Kairouan, Tunisia, where she specializes in Linguistics. Her research focuses on critical discourse analysis, power dynamics, and narrative transformation. When she’s not in the classroom, Ines works as a freelance translator and interpreter, and is a proud Caux Scholar alumna (2025). She also spent time as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) at the University of Notre Dame in the USA (2020-2021), further cultivating her passion for language and cultural exchange. Ines is deeply committed to civic engagement, inclusion, and global understanding. She volunteers as the Lead Content Strategist for the Creative Leadership team, focusing on youth-driven initiatives. More recently, she expanded her work with IofC UK, where she trains participants in the Refugees for Re-Builders (RRB) programme on Ethical Leadership for Just Governance. Sarah Noble is a Canadian-born peace advocate and storyteller currently based in Geneva, Switzerland. Sarah is the Head of Global Engagement at the Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation where she works on partnerships, inner development, the Caux Arts and Peace Encounters, and the Caux Forums. She is also co-founder and Curator of the PeaceTalks, a global storytelling platform dedicated to stories of peace at Interpeace. She has over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, fundraising, and partnerships in global organizations focused on peacebuilding, humanitarian issues, and non-profit public interest media. Passionate about storytelling as a tool for healing and social change, Sarah believes in its power to address global challenges. Noah Ruf is a biologist and sustainability coach with a passion for connecting inner transformation with outer change. Cláudia Santos is a researcher and practitioner working at the nexus of climate change, migration, development, and disasters. Her work is grounded in years of engagement with marginalized communities in Guinea-Bissau. She is the co-founder of Upstand, a social impact agency launched in 2025 to drive systemic change by challenging power structures, bridging knowledge systems, and centring local agency.
Cláudia represents the municipality of Hargeisa, Somaliland in the ICLEI Race to Resilience: Culture initiative (2024–2026), and contributes to global crisis response efforts supporting governments, businesses, and communities.

Mark Vandeneijnde is a passionate advocate for Human Potential Development at all levels of society. After a decade as Consumer Insights Director at Procter & Gamble (2000–2010), Mark co-founded Being at Full Potential in 2011, aiming to make human potential development more tangible and easier to act on for leaders and organizations. This led to the creation of the Human Potential Assessment Tool and Methodology (2013), pioneering a way to measure and nurture purpose, creativity, and meaning in organizational contexts.
