20-24 July 2026

Join us for the Global IofC Fellowship Gathering 2026 — a time to reconnect, reflect, and renew our shared purpose. Together, let's strengthen the bonds and values that inspire change across the world.

About the Event

The Global IofC Fellowship Gathering (20–24 July 2026) is a unique opportunity to reconnect and energize the worldwide IofC community. This gathering will provide space for reflection, connection, and direction for all those deeply committed to the values and work of Initiatives of Change (IofC).

Over the course of these days, we will share inspiring stories of personal transformation, build capacity for impactful work across the globe, and strengthen our shared sense of purpose — grounding our efforts in local contexts while keeping a global perspective. This gathering is essential for sustaining and renewing the global IofC fellowship.

Through deep connection, storytelling, silent reflection, and collaborative learning, participants will return home with renewed energy and a strengthened commitment to the core values of honesty, purity, unselfishness, and love.

Who should participate?

This gathering is designed for all those deeply committed to the values and work of Initiatives of Change worldwide.
We expect to welcome around 150 participants, including volunteers, staff, and representatives of IofC national bodies and international programmes.

The Venue: The Caux Palace near Montreux, Switzerland

The Global IofC Fellowship Gathering 2026 takes place in our centre for dialogue and peacebuilding - the Caux Palace. Once a former Belle Époque Grand Hotel, the Caux Palace overlooks Lake Geneva and the Alps from an altitude of 1000m metres. Its tranquil setting and rich heritage offer a unique and inspiring space for reflection, exchange and collective exploration, away from the noise of everyday life.
